(1988-89). He has served as associate
editor of Forensic Reports (1989-92) and of a special issue on legal
communication of Argumentation and Advocacy (1994). He also was a faculty
participant in the Legal Services Advocacy Training Program sponsored by the
American Bar Association Section of Litigation in Chicago (May 1992). Other
